WARRANTY PERIOD
LIMITED WARRANTY: UP TO 3 YEARS FOR AC CHARGERS AND 2 YEARS FOR DC CHARGERS
1.1 Legend Green Energy Solution LLC (“Legend”) warrants that your EV Charging Station will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the following periods:
- AC Chargers: 3 years from the date of commissioning.
- DC Chargers: 2 years from the date of commissioning.
- Charging Accessories and Cables: 1 year from commissioning.
- Charging Sockets (Type 2, CCS2, GB/T, CHAdeMO): 1 year.
- HMI Screens, with or without touch functionality: 1 year.
Note: Chargers installed by non-approved installers or partners are covered only by a limited 1-year warranty for both AC and DC units.
If a product proves to be defective within the warranty period, Legend may, at its discretion, repair or replace the unit. This warranty covers parts and factory labor only. On-site labor (including removal or reinstallation of the product) is not covered.
Important: Chargers must be installed in shaded areas to prevent overheating. Direct exposure to sunlight will void the warranty.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.2 Legend will repair or replace defective products, at its discretion, if the following conditions are met:
(a) Written notice is provided within 14 days of discovering the defect.
(b) Products are returned to Legend (at a location specified) at the customer’s expense, following RMA instructions.
(c) Legend is given reasonable opportunity to examine the product and is provided with all necessary information.
(d) If repair is not feasible, Legend reserves the right to replace the product with a new or refurbished unit.
1.3 The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- Continued use after defect detection without prompt notification.
- Improper storage, installation, or use not aligned with Legend’s guidelines or general best practices.
- Customizations or modifications based on client specifications.
- Repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel or with unapproved components.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, animals, natural disasters, or external factors.
EXCLUSIONS
1.4 The warranty does not cover:
- Travel, on-site labor, disassembly or reassembly charges.
- Routine maintenance, cleaning, or preventive service tasks.
- Resetting of protection devices like breakers, fuses, or emergency stops.
- General on-site service that doesn’t involve parts replacement.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
1.5 Any repaired or replaced product is covered under the remaining original warranty or 6 months from the repair date—whichever is longer.
Legend Green Energy reserves the right to update this Warranty Policy without prior notice. Please consult our website or customer service for the latest terms.
STEPS TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY
To claim your warranty with Legend Green Energy Solution LLC, please follow the process outlined below:

Activate your warranty online during installation through the Legend Warranty Registration Page.

If you experience an issue with your EV Charger during the warranty period:

Please have your charger serial number ready. If your charger is connected to our central management system (CMS), our support team will attempt remote troubleshooting.
- On-Site Diagnosis
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely:
- On-site diagnosis must be performed by a qualified electrician at the customer’s expense.
- Legend will ship replacement parts or a charger to your technician.
- The technician will handle the receipt, replacement, and return of faulty equipment.
- Required Information
When making a claim, please provide:
- A detailed description of the problem
- Charger model number and serial number
- Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or installation receipt)
- Shipping address for replacements
If the issue falls under warranty, Legend will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Shipping & Replacement
Ship the defective charger with the RMA number clearly marked. Use the original packaging or equivalent protection.
Legend will repair or replace the product free of charge, and return it to you at our expense.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO END USERS
You are responsible for:
- Proper installation and maintenance of the charger.
- Arranging qualified personnel for de-installation and reinstallation.
- Complying with Legend’s installation guidelines to keep your warranty valid.
OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE
If your charger is:
- No longer under warranty, or
- Ineligible for warranty service due to excluded causes,
Legend can provide repairs or replacements upon your approval, with applicable service charges.
REPLACEMENT PARTS OR CHARGERS
Replacement units may be:
- New, reconditioned, or remanufactured, depending on availability.
- Functionally equivalent if your original model is no longer in production.
Warranty coverage for replacements is the longer of:
- The remaining period of the original warranty, or
- 90 days from delivery of the replacement unit.
All replaced units become the property of Legend Green Energy Solution LLC.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Warranty coverage does not apply in the following cases:
- Improper installation, maintenance, or site preparation
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., dents, scratches), aging, or wear and tear
- Vandalism, misuse, negligence, or vehicle collision damage
- Unauthorized installation, disassembly, modification, or relocation
- Use with non-approved parts, software, or accessories
- Damage due to power surges, electromagnetic fields, or natural disasters
- Defaced or missing serial numbers or identification labels
⚠️ Note: This warranty does not cover Legend service plans or CMS functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free software service.
LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
No agent, distributor, or representative of Legend Green Energy Solution LLC is authorized to alter or extend this Warranty in any way. The remedies set forth in this Limited Warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies available to the customer. Legend Green Energy Solution LLC makes no other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except to the extent such disclaimers are not permitted under applicable UAE law.
If any implied warranty cannot be excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, it shall be limited in duration to the term of the Warranty Period stated above. No warranty shall apply beyond the expiration of the defined Warranty Period.
Legend Green Energy Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or costs of substitute equipment, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product, whether under contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, the total cumulative liability of Legend Green Energy Solution LLC shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the customer for the Charging Station.
GOVERNING LAW
This Warranty and any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to any conflict of laws principles.

At Legend Green Energy Solution LLC (“Legend”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity regarding product returns and financial reimbursements. Please review the terms below to understand your eligibility for a refund.
- Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Product was not commissioned or installed, and returned in its original, unused condition within 15 days of delivery.
- The product was found defective upon delivery and reported within 14 days, but cannot be repaired or replaced under warranty.
- The customer cancels an order before dispatch and requests a refund.
- Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Products that have been commissioned, installed, damaged, or used.
- Customized products or chargers modified upon customer request.
- Products with missing parts, damaged packaging, or tampered serial numbers.
- Failures or damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repairs, vandalism, accidents, or natural disasters.
- Warranty claims that do not qualify for replacement and where a replacement is offered instead of a refund.

Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. - Ship the product to the address provided with the RMA number clearly labeled on the package. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected. If eligible, a refund will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- In the case of bank transfer payments, a refund will be sent to the customer’s provided account upon verification.
- Any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges may be deducted from the total refund.
- Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled with no penalty if the request is received before shipment.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as returns and subject to inspection and eligibility.
- Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

At Legend Green Energy Solution LLC (“Legend”), we understand that project timelines and requirements may change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness and operational clarity.
- Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- Customers may cancel an order at no cost if the cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched.

- Order Cancellation After Shipment
- Orders that have already been shipped or delivered may still be cancelled, but will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
- The customer must:
- Request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Bear any return shipping costs.
- Ensure the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
- Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed:
- Customized or special-order products, including chargers or accessories modified to customer specifications.
- Orders that have already been installed or commissioned.
- Products sold under promotional or clearance pricing, unless defective.
- Orders where the product has been damaged, altered, or tampered with after delivery.
- Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Approved cancellations made before shipping will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Cancellations made after shipment will be processed as returns. Refunds will be issued once the product is returned and passes inspection, minus any applicable fees.
- Cancellation of Services
- Scheduled installation or maintenance services may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee to cover reserved technician time and logistics.
- Legend’s Right to Cancel
Legend reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product becomes unavailable or discontinued.
- Pricing or listing errors.
- Incomplete or unverifiable customer information.
- Payment is not received or fails verification.
In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued promptly.

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
